FREE delivery on goods ordered to a net value of over €50.00 in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Orders below €50.00 net will be charged at €9.95 for the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

FREE delivery on goods ordered to a net value of over £50.00 to the mainland UK.

Orders below £50 net will be charged at £9.95 for the mainland UK.

Where the delivery address is a construction site or other temporary location, a contact name, and telephone number will be required. The signature obtained on delivery will be regarded as adequate proof of delivery. We will not entertain any subsequent claim for shortage, damage etc. where deliveries are to such a nominated 3rd party.

Returns Policy

You may cancel your order by giving such notice within 7 days of the date of delivery. This notice may be given by mailing, faxing or emailing to the number or address set out in these terms and conditions. On cancellation, you must return the goods at your cost to us, brand new, unused, in undamaged packaging and in saleable condition. If you are cancelling because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution, we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier. Please notify us of the nature of the problem at the time of cancellation. We will not accept for return goods which have suffered or been subjected to undue wear and tear, accident, misuse, improper application, modification, neglect or overloading. In all cases the buyer will be responsible for the item until it reaches the company. Special items (non stock), and items made or cut to the customers specification will not be accepted for return under any circumstance.
