 | Thread Repair Kits & Inserts in A4 / 316 Stainless Steel Wire thread inserts are used to repair damaged threads. The damaged thread is drilled out and rethreaded with a special tap. A special helical coil is then inserted restoring the original thread.
Each Kit includes H.S.S. drill & tap, threaded inserting mandrel with universal 1/4 hexagon drive, 10 x A4 /316 stainless steel inserts and a manual tang break punch.
Each kit is supplied in a compact box with hinged lid and full instructions.
